Monument Roofing Group collects only what is needed to understand a property and follow up on an inspection request. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how mobile messaging consent is handled.

This Privacy Policy applies to monumentroofinggroup.com and to the inspection requests, phone calls, text messages, and email correspondence handled by Monument Roofing Group ("Monument," "we," "us"). By using this website or submitting an inspection request, you agree to the practices described here.

Monument Roofing Group operates from Charlotte, North Carolina, and serves property owners, builders, managers, and investors throughout the Charlotte area and the surrounding Carolinas.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you complete the inspection request form, you provide your name, mobile phone number, email address, the property address, the project type, your preferred timing, any notes you choose to add, and your response to the mobile messaging consent checkbox.

The inspection request form on this website does not store submissions in a database. Submitting the form opens a prefilled message in your own email application addressed to Monument, and the information reaches us only when you send that message. Once we receive it, the details are retained in our email and internal project records.

Information you give us another way

If you call, text, or email us directly, we keep the contact details and the substance of the conversation so we can respond and maintain an accurate record of the property.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view. This information is used to keep the site secure and functioning, and it is not used to build advertising profiles.

Monument Roofing Group is a trade name of JFK Sales Solutions Inc., the registered messaging brand.

The inspection request form includes a separate, optional checkbox for mobile messaging consent that is unchecked by default. You can submit an inspection request without checking it. Checking that box records your express written consent for JFK Sales Solutions Inc. dba Monument Roofing Group to send text messages to the mobile number you provide regarding estimates, inspection and appointment scheduling, project and service updates, missed-call follow-up, and customer care. We keep a record of the consent, the date and time it was given, the page it was given on, and the exact disclosure language you agreed to.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your mobile phone number and your messaging consent are used only by Monument Roofing Group to communicate with you about your inspection request and related work. They are never sold, rented, or licensed, and they are never shared with third parties, affiliates, or partners for those parties' own marketing or promotional purposes.

How information is shared

Monument does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry, consent, and project records for as long as needed to serve the property, honor warranty and insurance obligations, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Records are then deleted or archived.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as financial account numbers or government identification numbers through the website form.

Your choices

  • Stop text messages. Reply STOP to any message from us.
  • Stop email. Ask us by reply email, or contact us using the details below.
  • Access, correct, or delete. Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will honor the request unless we are required to retain the information for legal, warranty, or contractual reasons.
