Acceptance of these terms

By using monumentroofinggroup.com, submitting an inspection request, or opting in to text messages from Monument Roofing Group ("Monument," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.

These Terms of Service are also referred to as our Terms and Conditions; where the inspection request form or a text message links to our "Terms and Conditions," it links to this page.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of any phone number you give us.

Who we are

Monument Roofing Group is a roofing contractor based in Charlotte, North Carolina, serving the Carolinas since 2010. Our work includes luxury roof replacement, storm inspection and restoration, roof repair, and roofing for custom home builders, along with commercial and multifamily project delivery through the wider Monument platform.

Inspection requests

The inspection request form is a way to start a conversation about a property. Submitting it opens a prefilled message in your own email application; the request reaches us when you send that message.

A submitted request is not a contract, a scheduled appointment, or an offer of work, and it does not create a contractor-client relationship. Scope, pricing, schedule, and warranty terms are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both parties. Anything on this website describing services, materials, or process is general information, not a binding commitment for a specific property.

Please provide accurate information. Inspection findings and recommendations depend on the property details you give us and on the conditions observed at the time of the visit.

Mobile messaging terms

Monument Roofing Group is a trade name of JFK Sales Solutions Inc., the registered messaging brand.

The inspection request form includes a separate, optional checkbox for mobile messaging consent that is unchecked by default. You can submit an inspection request without checking it. Checking it is your express written consent for JFK Sales Solutions Inc. dba Monument Roofing Group to send text messages, including through automated technology, to the mobile number you provide.

Program description

This is a customer care and service messaging program, not a marketing subscription or a recurring promotional campaign. If you opt in, messages relate to:

• estimates;
• inspection and appointment scheduling;
• project and service updates;
• missed-call follow-up; and
• customer care.

Frequency, rates, and support

• Message frequency varies based on the status of your request and project.
• Message and data rates may apply under your plan with your mobile carrier. Monument does not charge for text messages.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of text messages at any time. You will receive a single confirmation, and no further texts will be sent to that number unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or reach us at 704-323-6850 or jonathan@monumentroofinggroup.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Text messaging requires a compatible mobile device and service plan, and may not be available on every carrier.

Your number and your consent

Tell us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned, so messages meant for you are not sent to someone else. We keep a record of your consent, the date and time it was given, the page it was given on, and the exact disclosure language you agreed to. As described in our Privacy Policy, mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel a service request. We may still contact you by phone or email about work in progress where that is appropriate.

Acceptable use

Please use this site lawfully and in good faith. Do not submit false or misleading information, submit requests on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, use another person's phone number or email address, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.

Intellectual property

The Monument Roofing Group name, logo, photography, project imagery, page copy, and site design are owned by Monument Roofing Group or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, republishing, or using our content or imagery commercially requires our written permission.

Third-party links

This site links to other Monument platforms and to outside websites. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Disclaimers

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete for your purposes. Content on this site is general information about roofing and construction, not a professional assessment of any specific property. Only a written proposal or agreement, and any warranty documents issued with it, state what we are obligated to do.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monument Roofing Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, from a delayed or undelivered message, or from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits our obligations under a signed contract for work performed on a property.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
